Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the sale of fashion items and jewelry (collectively, “Products”) by Maison Suzanne (referred to as “Maison Suzanne” or “We”) to its customers (referred to as the “Customer”). By purchasing a Product from Maison Suzanne, the Customer unconditionally accepts these T&Cs.

2. Purpose of the T&Cs

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of Maison Suzanne and its Customers in connection with the sale of Products via our website www.maisonsuzanneofficiel.com.

3. Products

Each piece sold by Maison Suzanne is unique and handcrafted. There is no restocking or exact reproduction of items, ensuring the authenticity and originality of each Product.
The descriptions and photographs of the Products are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations may exist due to the handmade nature of each creation and color differences across device screens.

4. Product Availability

Maison Suzanne Products are unique, limited-edition creations, available only while stocks last, with no restock option. In the event a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Maison Suzanne will promptly inform the Customer and offer a refund or alternative, within the limits of available collections.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Product prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT), but excluding delivery charges. Maison Suzanne reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the Product will be charged at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay. The Customer guarantees full authorization to use the selected payment method.
Payment Security: Transactions are secured through a certified online payment system.

6. Delivery

Delivery Areas: Maison Suzanne delivers exclusively within the European Union.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary based on geographical location and Product availability. Maison Suzanne will inform the Customer of any delays.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are payable by the Customer and are specified prior to order confirmation.
Responsibility: Maison Suzanne cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, strikes, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason.
Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Refund: In case of withdrawal, the Customer will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Exceptions: Customized or made-to-order Products are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Products are covered by a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects or premature wear, subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Clause. Products showing normal wear may be repaired or replaced under specific conditions. Details on the claims process are available on our website.

9. Liability

Maison Suzanne guarantees the compliance of its Products but cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or loss of use resulting from the use of the Products.
